Can I return unsold newspapers?

Yes, of course. Return copies of magazines or newspapers should be returned within specified time limit according to the return form.

Is it possible to get a discount?

Yes, it is. You can get a discount but it depends on a number of factors (e.g., turnover, access to the store).

Is there a minimum order value?

Each store has 3-6 months to check the press sales. We dispatch any ordered quantity. Then, we decide whether the cooperation is profitable for both parties.

When and how do I pay for delivery?

The invoice is payable within two weeks from the date of delivery by bank transfer to a bank account (depending on the customer’s country – Germany or the Netherlands). It is also possible to set up a standing order or collect cash by our driver.

Who delivers newspapers and magazines and when?

Newspapers and magazines are delivered by our drivers and outsourced courier companies. This depends on the customer’s country, dispatch date and location of the store. After having received your delivery address, we will contact you to determine the option that is best suited to your needs.

What documents should I submit to order press?

Our German customers must send a copy of Gewerbeanmeldung, whereby Belgian and Dutch customers must provide the tax identification number (BTW).

Can I engage you to allocate copies of newspapers and magazines (I am unfamiliar with/do not know what newspapers are read/do not have time)?

Yes, we can do it for you. You may rely on our long-term experience and, above all, on our programme, which carries out sales analyses in terms of optimal allocation of copies.

How can I change the quantity of newspapers ordered?

The programme does this automatically, but you always have the right to make changes to your order by phone, e-mail or on the return form (section related to changes to the order).

Are newspaper prices fixed?

No, they aren’t. The newspaper prices may vary depending on the issue and the cover price, which is determined by the publisher. Before the cooperation begins, each customer is provided with a price converter to receive the wholesale price. In addition, current prices are always indicated on each delivery note.

I did not give back the return copies of newspapers and magazines in due time. Can I return them?

Yes, you can. Each customer has the opportunity to give back the old copies once a year.

Do other products, i.e., greeting cards or calendars, have to be ordered up to a full pack?

No, other products can be ordered per piece except invitations.

I have to close the store unexpectedly. Can I stop the delivery of newspapers and magazines for instance, a week?

Yes, you can. It is possible to stop deliveries for some period of time.

I would like to have prices stuck on newspapers and magazines for my customers. Is it possible?

Yes, it is. We provide such types of services.

A customer asked whether I have a well-known book in my offer. Can I order this book?

Yes, you can. It is possible to order a specific book on special customer’s request.
